About Me

Chanel Cumberbatch -Founder & Principal Consultant

For the past decade, my career has taken me through consulting, client services, product education, and employee experience leadership, giving me a rare perspective that blends strategy, operations, development, and storytelling. I’ve led values rollouts, recognition frameworks, manager enablement programs, learning experiences, culture activations, internal communications campaigns, and company-wide events designed to create connection and alignment across global teams.

What I know to be true is this:

High performance isn’t built through pressure. It’s built on trust, clarity, ownership, and community.

When employees understand what success looks like, feel supported by their leaders, and believe their contributions matter, they show up with energy, creativity, and commitment. And when culture, leadership, and systems are aligned to reinforce that environment, organizations thrive.

How I Work

My approach is rooted in clarity, systems thinking, and human-centered leadership.

I don’t believe in forcing culture.
I believe in building it intentionally.

  • We start with what’s true - your values, your history, your people.

  • We define what good looks like - expectations, behaviors, language.

  • We design the systems that reinforce it - leadership practices, recognition rhythms, communication patterns, and shared experiences.

  • And we equip leaders to sustain it, so culture doesn’t just launch - it lives.

Culture shouldn’t be something you talk about.
It should be something your people feel.
